Analysis and clustering of the real estate portfolio, creating transparency with regard to the scope of the target portfolio to be spun off, summarizing information and creating transparency about properties and buildings, categorizing properties according to type of use, rental and usage relationships and identifying development potential, developing the portfolio strategy with a catalog of measures derived from this for upcoming acquisitions and sales. Advising on the spin-off of a real estate sub-portfolio at an Austrian real estate group (duration approx. 5 months)

Analysis and clustering of the real estate portfolio to identify the sub-portfolio, creation of transparency with regard to the scope of the target portfolio to be spun off, preparation of business plans with alternative scenarios with regard to different strategies, management of the departments involved as well as the external service providers, in particular from a legal, tax and value-forming perspective, preparation of the documents for the decision-making process for the approving bodies.


Restructuring of an industrial building in Berlin

Creation of new rental space through partial conversion of the roof, removal of a large insolvent tenant, re-letting of the vacant space to two major tenants (public institution and industrial group), optimization through relocation of further small tenants, budgeting and cost estimation of the tenant conversion and the repair work by the commissioned project manager and specialist engineers.
